Rates (Taxes are not included):

Low Season:

September 1st - October 31st, $999 USD

Rates for 8 people + 50 USD for extra person, up to 12 people.

Regular Season

January 7th - August 31st, November 1st - Dec 19th $1,299 USD

Rates for 8 people + 60 USD for extra person, up to 12 people

High Season:

December 20th - January 6th, $2,250 USD

Rates for 8 people + 80 USD for extra person, up to 12 people

For high Season, We requiered a minimum stay of 5 nights.

Additionals:

- Cleaning Fee Fee $90 usd / per day

- Refundable security deposit $999 usd

- Taxes: 16% IVA + 3.5% Host Tax

- For 12 people we include a double size air mattress or 2 sofa coaches.
